Tripp Andrews were involved in all surveying aspects of this unit title development since the project inception. We completed the topographic survey so the design of the new apartment building could be completed, and once resource consents were obtained, Tripp Andrews were involved with all aspects of the building setout, monitoring, as built certification and the legal unit title process to create 18 individual titles.
