Ann-Maree Gladding is a Director at Tripp Andrews and an experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, specialising in land development and subdivision projects. She is highly regarded for her technical expertise, professional leadership, and contribution to the wider surveying industry.
Ann-Maree plays an active role in professional governance and industry collaboration, including advisory engagement with Auckland Council on behalf of the surveying profession. Her leadership supports high-quality, compliant surveying outcomes across a broad range of projects.
Her career includes experience on large-scale civil infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom, notably the London Olympic Park and Crossrail. Since returning to New Zealand, Ann-Maree has applied this international experience to residential and rural subdivision projects nationwide, bringing depth of technical knowledge and practical insight to every stage of land development.
Ann-Maree’s current focus is on residential subdivisions, where she leads projects from inception through to completion, ensuring consistently high-quality, compliant outcomes for clients.
John Rowe is a Director at Tripp Andrews and a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with broad experience across surveying-related works, including land development and cadastral surveying projects. He is known for his practical, solutions-focused approach and strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
John works across both residential and rural surveying, bringing a well-rounded perspective to complex land development projects. His experience includes working on large-scale residential developments across New Zealand and Australia, where he developed a strong foundation in high-volume, technically demanding projects. Complementing this is his personal background in farming – having spent his childhood free-ranging on a sheep and beef farm – which underpins his specialised expertise in rural development and subdivision.

Chris Walsh is a Director at Tripp Andrews and a Principal Planning Consultant with extensive experience delivering planning-related services across urban residential development and subdivision projects. He is recognised for his in-depth regulatory knowledge, strong council-side insight, and meticulous, detail-focused approach to planning outcomes.
Chris began his career working council-side, assessing a wide range of planning applications including heritage restorations, new residential developments, industrial projects, infrastructure works, and subdivisions. This experience provides Chris with valuable insight into council processes and decision-making, supporting efficient and streamlined engagement throughout the consenting process.
At Tripp Andrews, Chris specialises in urban residential development and subdivision, working on projects throughout Auckland. His experience includes involvement in complex and unique development sites, notably Pukekohe Hill and Albany Heights, where careful planning strategy and detailed regulatory navigation were critical to successful outcomes.

Jack Macdonald is a Principal Civil Engineer at Tripp Andrews and a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience delivering engineering-related works across New Zealand. He provides strategic leadership and technical oversight on complex civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Jack began his career with Fletcher Construction in Auckland, gaining a strong foundation in large-scale civil construction before expanding his experience overseas with a Tier 1 contractor in the United Kingdom.
With over 14 years of experience in civil design and construction, Jack brings a highly practical approach to both infill and greenfield subdivisions, ensuring engineering solutions are efficient, buildable, and aligned with real-world site constraints.
Solutions- and client-oriented, Jack is known for his strong working relationships with local councils and his detailed understanding of regulatory requirements—down to the nuances of even minor council regulations. This enables him to deliver considered, pragmatic solutions tailored to each client and project.
