Tripp Andrews were involved in the planning and surveying aspects of this mixed-use unit title development following the granting of the original resource consent. We prepared the unit title subdivision plans based on the approved building consent documentation, obtained the unit title subdivision consent and completed the legal unit title process to create 10 individual titles.
