Our specialist planning, surveying and engineering expertise was required to assist our client develop this property into 7 three storey terrace houses split over two blocks. The project required management of various specialists, the reconciliation of urban design issues, neighbour consultation and careful construction planning to ensure neighbours access was maintained during construction. We managed the resource consent, subdivision consent, engineering approval, engineering certification and completion, and subdivision completion processes through to completion, which saw titles issued in July 2021.
