We played a pivotal role in this project having been involved from project inception to completion, overseeing the entire planning, surveying, and engineering design processes including the engineering design for new vehicle entrances. Our surveying of the existing native bush enabled our client to create over 20 new titles on their property, which were subsequently sold off through title transfers or created on the property. This project exemplifies our comprehensive approach to environmental subdivisions, and experience in working with ecologists. Our meticulous attention to detail enabled our clients to protect critical ecological resources while being able to realise significant financial returns.
