Our specialist surveying and engineering expertise was needed from concept design to completion for this residential development involving 30 two storey terrace houses split into 5 separate buildings. The project involved numerous engineering complexities including stormwater management, wastewater capacity and earthworks near the coastal management area. We worked closely with the developer’s team to complete civil engineering and subdivision design for the resource consent and subdivision consent; and managed engineering approval, engineering certification, and subdivision processes through to completion, which included coordinating with Auckland Council, various contractors, the owners’ solicitors, and LINZ. Titles were issued in December 2022.
