We recently completed Stage 2 of a 47-lot residential subdivision within the old racecourse in Paeroa. Tripp Andrews assisted with the Council consenting, engineering design, construction supervision and also the land transfer stage through to titling. Wet winter months and covid lockdowns were no barrier for this subdivision, a collaborative and flexible approach by all parties was instrumental to getting this one completed within the clients timeframes.
