Tripp Andrews recently completed a 45 lot large-lot residential subdivision along the banks of the Waipa River in Pirongia. Tripp Andrews completed all facets of the subdivision including resource consent planning, Regional Council discharge and earthworks consents, civil engineering design and supervision, winter works and land transfer stage through to titles. With over 50,000 new native plants throughout the subdivision and a soft engineering approach utilising bioretention swales for the conveyance of stormwater, the finished product really does look spectacular.
