CMP Living has engaged Tripp Andrews for specialist planning, surveying and engineering expertise from start to finish for this residential development involving a terrace housing building comprising 5 three storey dwellings. We provided early strategic advice to assist with the due diligence process; undertook the initial topographic survey; and managed the resource consent and subdivision consents through to approval. We have obtained the engineering plan approvals and will be managing the engineering certification and subdivision processes through to completion. Construction commenced August 2023.
