Tripp Andrews were involved in the planning, engineering and surveying aspects of this complex luxury residential unit title development following the granting of the original resource consent and subsequent variation to construct a 5-storey residential apartment building and standalone residential dwelling. We prepared the unit title subdivision plans based on the approved building consent documentation, obtained the unit title subdivision consents, and completed the legal unit title process to create 6 individual titles.
